Our pizza base is what makes our customers come back. The base is all natural, fermented for 72 hours and baked to perfection.
The crispy bottom layer gives our dough a satisfying crunch and the moist airy dough on top with 80% hydration is fluffy, soft and full of flavour.
When it comes to the flour we use, we only use the best of the best, all natural, free from any bleach and chemicals. We use imported Caputo flour, from Napoli in the south of Italy.
Nothing else used, just flour, water and extra virgin olive oil.
We import our San Marzano tomatoes from the volcanic regions of Southern Italy, meaning they’re full of minerals, nutrients and flavour!
We add a few herbs and spices to make our secret sauce, don’t be too nosey or we’ll have to take care of you, the Italian way!
We use only all natural cheese and offer different types of cheese, including mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, parmigiano reggiano and only 100% natural cheese fresh daily!
None of that starchy fake stuff you'll find a lot of the big chain pizza places use.
