Our mission is simple: to bring an authenic Pizza Romana, that is, the Roman style Gourmet pizza experience to Dubai, the UAE and eventually, the entire Middle East.
Our team consists of family, whether related by blood, or family by dough! Run by 2 generations of our family, our head chef is the youngest sibling in the family, but the most culinarily skilled. A master of perfection, you can be sure that the technical dough preparation is being done right.
